Refund requests for medical reasons will be accepted at any time with refund being pro-rated depending on lessons remaining in session.

HELPFUL HINT: It would be a good idea to make sure your child can put his/her face in the water. Instructors can do very little if the child has a fear of immersing his/her face. If there is a problem, the child should come to Parent/Tot, Family or General Swims until they are comfortable enough to enter Swim Classes.
